Im trying to work on using team work even though i dont do it much when i play in a clan match with my clan members but i want to get better at it.

another thing that sometimes keeps me from working with people is that some people wont listen to what other members say

annoying is what you say some of us are......i mean i can be im nt goin gto lie but were all just having fun and the teammwork thing well if you want to make team work better how bout letting us know in game or make a post on the forums instead of just rage quiting because of some stuff that can be fixed.

i mean if you think some of us are annoying then well you dont have to come in team speak or if we are in game then just mute us. or just dont hang with people you think are annoying. [PROBLEM SOLVED]

if i we dont all come in teamspeak, then theres no communication. Therefore no teamwork. If you are annoying then there is no maturity.

No offense, but that was a really unintelligent post.. and i like/still like you, but try thinking about what you say..

thats fine, but that has nothing to do with what I said.


Maturity: There either is some or there isn't.
Teamwork: Without communication there isn't any.


Basically its fine to run the clan however he wants, i was just saying that is the reason i left.
Not that it is wrong, but for me, that's not what I am looking for. I need a mature competitive environment.

In no disrespect any shape or form. Trying to manage a group as ever growing as uwg, wont be an easy task...solving teamwork isnt a 3hour process, (im not saying anyone proclaimd that it can be done in 3hrs, jus sayn) but more importantly, team work can be fixed.

I donk know about other of our memberz, but everytym i cn get in game, i dnt hav a problm with 'effectiv communication' anymor, far frm that......the diffrence now is the team is coming togethr, and coorperating. Therfor, Nuke your arguement may wel serve behind current times. Jus sayn.

As for mature members. Well even mature playerz can get excited with ecstatic behaviour too, its all in the values of happiness. He may wel be excitd that he is in a game wit other memberz and they seem to be pawning, with th feeling, comes a negative; ecstatic + stupidity.

As fo TS3, you always had the chanc to ask them to be quite, or contact us at the forums about their behaviour. Thats one of the reasons a forum operates; to communicate.

few things: MW2 is not new but havent been out long.most members havent been in a clan so they dont come programed with teamwork..

Me and a few other members in UwG have great teamwork and yes others are coming around.. we have almost 60 members so i am sure out of that u could find a group of cool players that use teamwork.

I try to play with everyone so from this i know who does what and where they are good.. i dont care that u posted what i said,but maybe you should of cleared it with the players who names you put out there.

yo ive ben running into nuke quite alot lately if ur gonna vs him i wanna try and be apart of it. im thinking that hes just pissed becuz we started to work more as a team after he left. so lets show him our new improved teamwork.
